And, we were off to Hong Kong for a week.  Not the main island, another one.  And on the top of the mountain.  Lets just say that it was a memorable week, and that exercise was not needed, because of the trek up and down the mountain from the place we stayed.  We spent every day at this beach, that has a shark net around it, so not many critters can get through.  Mmm, comforting.  Luke was a champ and slept whenever he could get cool enough.  I'm glad to be home!!
